We try to hold stocks of every product for immediate despatch. Unfortunately, unexpected demand can sometimes result in out of stock situations.
If a product is out of stock we will acknowledge your order and advise an expected despatch date. Allow 42-56 days for delivery of an out of stock product! Delivery times vary with the shipping method chosen and are beyond our control. We endeavour to process orders immediately.
Returns: You may cancel your contract with us for the goods you order at any time up to the end of the fifth day from the date you receive the ordered goods. You do not need to give us any reason for cancelling your contract, but you must inform us (preferably by e-mail) of your desire to cancel the order within this time period. You will be responsible for the cost of sending the goods back to us.
We will accept all products for exchange/return on the following conditions:
- Goods must be returned within 5 days of receipt.
- Goods must be returned unused, undamaged and unsoiled and in their original box.
- Shipping/handling charges will not be refunded.
- Should DanceCos deliver goods incorrectly then DanceCos will reimburse the return postage costs at the equivalent of the shipping service at the prevailing rate. DanceCos will re deliver the replacement goods Post Free.
Once you have notified us that you are cancelling your contract, any sum debited to DanceCos® Tanning Company from your credit/debit card will be re-credited to your account within 30 days of your order provided that the goods in question are received by us in the condition they were in when delivered to you.
Shipping Charges
Orders are sent by DHL, Post Parcel, Fedex or UPS. Delivery times as stated by this organisation, is between 4 and 9 days depending upon delivery address, but the accuracy of these times is beyond our control.
When selecting the destination, our shopping cart will automatically display and add the correct charges to your order.
